By accessing our website and utilizing SHARGO's architectural services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect technological advancements or legal requirements.

All proprietary code, algorithms, visual designs, and system architectures provided by SHARGO remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred via a separate Enterprise Service Agreement (ESA).

• You may not reverse engineer our proprietary APIs.
• You may not resell access to our dashboard without authorization.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, SHARGO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from temporary system outages, data latency, or third-party API failures beyond our reasonable control.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. SHARGO and yourself irrevocably consent that the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo District, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
